Title: Warranty Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the warranty claims process for automotive products, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Review warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to warranty guidelines.
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information for warranty claims.
- Submit warranty claims to the appropriate suppliers or manufacturers in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor the status of warranty claims, following up with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any claim disputes, discrepancies, or rejected claims.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty claims, including claim details, supporting documentation, and customer information.
- Assist in analyzing warranty data and trends to identify potential product or process improvement opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims.
- Assist in training service advisors and technicians on warranty claim procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions, including timely submission of claims and adherence to claim approval processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to warranty management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives to improve warranty processes and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify potential warranty fraud or abuse.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on warranty claim performance and trends for management.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
