Title:  Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and accurate tracking of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Plan and allocate resources, such as manpower, equipment, and space, to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and perform cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to plan and execute shipment schedules, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Implement and continuously improve warehouse processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff on proper inventory handling, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse team members, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks, quality issues, and process gaps to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to forecast inventory needs, manage stock levels, and optimize order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
