Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle registration processes, including new registrations, renewals, and title transfers.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required registration documents and forms.
  • Verify customer information and documentation for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Enter and update vehicle registration data accurately and timely in the company database.
  • Liaise with government agencies, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles, to obtain necessary documents and information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding registration requirements, fees, and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on completing registration forms and understanding relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to ensure timely submission of required documents for vehicle registration.
  • Process registration fee payments, issue temporary permits, and maintain appropriate records.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of traffic regulations, changes in registration procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to registration issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of registration transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline registration processes and improve customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of registration procedures and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements at all times.
