Title: Senior Travel Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized travel advice, recommendations, and assistance.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and offer tailored travel solutions to enhance their overall travel experience.
- Research and gather information on travel destinations, including accommodations, attractions, transportation, and visa requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting and booking suitable travel options, such as flights, accommodations, tours, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel itineraries, schedules, and any changes or disruptions that may affect clients' travel plans.
- Negotiate with travel suppliers to obtain competitive rates, special offers, and exclusive benefits for clients.
- Ensure all travel bookings are accurately documented, including issuing tickets, vouchers, and other relevant travel documents.
- Coordinate all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flight bookings, transfers, accommodations, and any special requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to confirm reservations, manage changes, and resolve any issues.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, such as visa applications, travel insurance claims, and general travel advice.
- Handle any travel emergencies or disruptions, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize inconvenience to clients.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination information, and travel-related regulations and policies.
- Coordinate all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flight bookings, transfers, accommodations, and any special requirements.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, such as tours, travel packages, and ancillary products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the travel agency.
- Prepare and present travel proposals, itineraries, and cost estimates to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
