Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in marketing activities.
  • Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
  • Identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
  • Monitor the marketing budget to ensure all activities are cost-effective.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and events.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive products, terminology, and industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Automotive, Consumer Goods
  • Marketing strategy, campaign management, market research, branding.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Qatar, GCC

Education

  • Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
