Title: Senior Marketing Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in marketing activities.
- Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
- Identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
- Monitor the marketing budget to ensure all activities are cost-effective.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and events.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
