Job Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies that impact the automobile industry.
  • Interpret and communicate these requirements to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with immigration standards and visa regulations for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for immigration authorities and government agencies related to immigration matters.
  • Coordinate with immigration authorities to address inquiries, provide required documentation, and ensure timely processing of immigration applications.
  • Monitor immigration policies, legislative developments, and industry trends related to the automobile industry.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on proactive measures and policy advocacy efforts to support our company's interests and address immigration challenges.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on immigration regulations, compliance obligations, and ethical practices.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization by promoting awareness and accountability in immigration matters.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to immigration authorities as required.
  • Prepare for and participate in immigration audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with immigration requirements, proper documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, maintaining proper documentation and records related to immigration applications, approvals, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with fleet owners to negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with our company's objectives and industry standards. Monitor contract compliance and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and payment processes. Monitor financial transactions, resolve any discrepancies, and address fleet owner inquiries related to financial matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to fleet ownership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative in the marketplace.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
