Stay updated with the latest automotive technology advancements, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with the Service Advisor and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Document all repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and repairs performed, in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and vehicle components.
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
Stay updated with manufacturer recalls, technical service bulletins, and warranty programs, and perform necessary repairs accordingly.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for repairs and maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
