Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our products to customers, including individual consumers and businesses, through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored product solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line, including specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key technical aspects and advantages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions
