About the Role

Al Waab City is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Leasing Manager to lead the leasing and sales activities across their commercial and residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in showroom leasing and office space leasing, with additional experience in residential property sales within the Qatar market.

This role requires a commercially focused professional who can drive occupancy, maximize revenue, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of one of Doha's premier mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process for showrooms, office spaces, and commercial units.
• Generate and convert leads through networking, business development, and market outreach.
• Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Support residential sales activities and client acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client experience throughout the leasing and sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate leasing and sales.
• Proven experience in showroom leasing and office space leasing is essential.
• Experience in residential property sales within Qatar is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Doha real estate market and leasing regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
