Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Assist & guide customer to dedicated Salesperson by following the agreed internal processes.
Assist customer and handle their complaint/feedback, ensured solved, and escalate to Customer Relations Management for follow up.
Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, filing paperwork, and updating customer records in the database.
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have.
Handle customer�s sales inquiry received via phone, website, and social media during the Sales / Service campaigns.
Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed, including office supplies and marketing materials.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed properly, and any brochures or marketing materials are well-stocked and displayed neatly.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry, including new models, features, and technologies.
Support Sales Team for scheduling new vehicle registration by coordinating with internal and external authorities as and when required.
