Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist & guide customer to dedicated Salesperson by following the agreed internal processes.
  • Assist customer and handle their complaint/feedback, ensured solved, and escalate to Customer Relations Management for follow up.
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, filing paperwork, and updating customer records in the database.
  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have.
  • Handle customer�s sales inquiry received via phone, website, and social media during the Sales / Service campaigns.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed, including office supplies and marketing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed properly, and any brochures or marketing materials are well-stocked and displayed neatly.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry, including new models, features, and technologies.
  • Support Sales Team for scheduling new vehicle registration by coordinating with internal and external authorities as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer service training, telephone etiquette, administrative courses.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related sector (e.g., retail, hospitality)
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
