Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and proactively recommending solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting action items.
  • Support in tracking project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Assist in resource allocation and coordination, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.
  • Track and report project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of project-related materials and services.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting project reports to management and clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Support in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of automotive product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Education

Diploma / Bachelor
