Title:  Product Specialist - Pharma Sales

Job Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth for pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, regulatory, medical affairs, and marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical promotional practices, quality standards, and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, medical centers, retail pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, call reports, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, prescription patterns, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, CMEs, and marketing activities to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Prepare and submit accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals in a timely manner.
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable pharmaceutical solutions based on customer and patient needs.
Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.
Support product launches, product evaluations, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field.
Medical equipment sales, hospital projects sales, medical laboratory sales Experience in a specific segment of the medical device segment (ie medical furniture, medical diagnostics, etc)

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Education

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level
