Ensure compliance with all biomedical, healthcare, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and commercial teams for smooth operations.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
Manage staffing schedules and workforce utilization to optimize performance.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and availability of biomedical equipment and consumables.
Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor customer/patient experience and address service gaps or escalations.
Control operational costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Ensure effective use of systems such as LIMS, EMR, and CRM for accurate data management.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Support business growth initiatives by aligning operations with strategic objectives.
