Title:  NBK PP Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regulatory, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Deliver internal and external product training and awareness sessions to enhance product understanding and value proposition.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales discussions with clinical and procurement teams.
Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to client needs and technical specifications.
Develop market penetration strategies aligned with company goals and product roadmap.
Drive biomedical product sales targets, including forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of KPI’s
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, pricing strategies, and contract terms.
Identifying and evaluate new business opportunities within the biomedical field including hospitals, clinics, government projects and private healthcare providers.
Liaise with OEMs, for updates, certifications, and technical developments.
Maintain a deep understanding of the biomedical product portfolio, including technical specifications and clinical applications.
Maintain accurate and up to date records in CRM and project databases.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identifying growth opportunities.
Provide monthly business development reports including clients updates, sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
Share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insights with senior management. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Track tender outcomes and initiate continues improvement processes.

Qualifications

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and business priorities.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience

Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Prior experience in managing sales teams in the medical services sector with primary focus on generating revenue and successful leads (medical equipment, hospital project related)

Education

Bacehlor in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
