Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns across various marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze customer insights, market data, and industry reports to identify opportunities for product positioning, target audience segmentation, and new market entry.
  • Support the management of digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of digital content and monitor website and social media analytics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies to develop marketing collaterals and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site event support to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and manage sponsorships to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, including campaign performance, website analytics, and customer insights.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

  • Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
