Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
  • Understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and upsell additional features or accessories.
  • Conduct test drives with customers, showcasing the vehicle's performance and features.
  • Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and other relevant details to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for the customer and the dealership.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with potential customers and leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the dealership's product lineup, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position the dealership's products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of services.
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and accurately record the details for the service team.
  • Provide accurate service cost estimates and explain the scope of work, parts required, and service timelines to customers.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints regarding service, escalating to the Service Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on the progress of their vehicle service and address any additional needs.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and prioritize urgent service requirements.
  • Upsell service packages, maintenance plans, and additional service offerings to customers to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of service transactions, explaining charges and providing necessary documentation to customers.
  • Educate customers on vehicle maintenance best practices, warranty coverage, and recommended service intervals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the dealership's service offerings, including routine maintenance, repairs, and warranty work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers after sales or service transactions to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the dealership in a professional manner at all times.
  • Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
