Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for PPF installation by thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating the surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.
  • Measure and cut PPF film according to vehicle specifications and patterns, ensuring accurate coverage and alignment.
  • Apply PPF film to various surfaces of vehicles, including hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, and doors, using appropriate installation techniques.
  • Smooth out and remove air bubbles or imperfections in the film during the application process to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Trim excess film and edges to ensure a clean and seamless appearance, paying attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
  • Utilize heat guns or other heating devices to activate and mold the film around complex vehicle contours.
  • Inspect completed PPF installations for quality, ensuring that there are no visible defects, gaps, or uneven areas.
  • Conduct final cleaning and polishing of the PPF-installed surfaces to ensure a smooth and glossy finish.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and maintenance of PPF materials and tools.
  • Follow manufacturer's guidelines and specifications for PPF installation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new PPF products, and installation techniques through continuous learning and training.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide technical support, advice, and product knowledge to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing post-installation care instructions.
  • Work closely with the Auto Detailing Manager and team members to schedule and prioritize PPF installations effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of PPF materials, tools, and supplies, and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely reordering.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling PPF chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including timekeeping, attendance, and dress code standards.
  • Assist in other detailing and automotive protection tasks as needed.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
