Job Responsibilities

Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning procedures.
Inspect vehicles for dirt, stains, and damage, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including upholstery, dashboard, and other surfaces, following established procedures.
Basic polish and wax vehicle exteriors to enhance their appearance and protect the paintwork, if needed.
Ensure proper disposal of waste materials, such as trash and used cleaning products, in accordance with environmental regulations.
Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and washing equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Assist in other service and maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks and fluid top-ups, as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to vehicle cleaning and customer service.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times, representing the company's image and values.
Participate in training programs and continuous learning to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

Skills

Familiarity with different types of vehicle cleaning products and equipment.
Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to car washing.
Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
