Title:  Business Analyst

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, such as sales reports, market research, customer surveys, and financial statements.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights in the data to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.

Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for streamlining, automation, or cost reduction.

Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, document workflows, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support business development projects by providing analytical insights, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing business cases.

Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.

Support the development of business strategies and annual plans by conducting market analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.

Contribute to the formulation of business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide recommendations for business growth opportunities, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor and track progress against strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and performance analysis.

Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
