Job Responsibilities

Address customer concerns and provide solutions to any installation related issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations.
Apply personalization items as requested by customers via sales.
Assist in technical installations and troubleshooting of accessory installations.
Carry out the service in accordance with the direction and specification of the manufacturer with usage of recommended tools.
Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless integration of accessories.
Conduct final inspections to verify the quality and functionality if installed accessories.
Ensure all installations meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Install spoilers, towbars, side panels, mirror covers and other automotive accessories.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on accessory options.
Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time taken.
Make sure parts to be removed prior PPF installation & usage of mandatory tools.
Perform ceramic, paint protection film (PPF) application and window tinting.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Report any issues or defects identified during installations to the line managers.

Qualifications

Skills

Attention to detail and precision in applying window tint films.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation purposes.
Knowledge of different types of window films and their specifications.
Experience with different window tint brands and products.
Proficiency in using automotive industry software for measurements and patterns.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.

Experience

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Education

Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
